基于虚拟仪器的远程心电信号诊断系统设计

摘要

心血管疾病已经对人类的健康造成了极大的威胁,而对心电信号的检测分析是能够正确诊断这类疾病的首要手段。本文通过分析研究心电信号检测技术、虚拟仪器技术,利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发工具设计了一套心电信号诊断系统。

本课题所设计的系统主要包含心电信号读取、心电信号预处理、心电信号特征点提取、心电信号诊断、心电信号数据库建立和远程诊断模块。文中重点阐述了心电信号分析处理部分,通过深入研究心电信号的时频域特征以及相关医学知识,应用时频域插值、IIR滤波器设计、小波分析、噪声处理、频谱分析等现代数字信号处理技术和数据库和网络编程等计算机技术。在LabVIEW开发平台下,系统能够完成对心电信号的数据读取,数据分析、数据诊断和结果显示。

实验结果表明,系统设计方案合理,将对于远程心电信号的诊断带来极大的帮助。特别是系统很好的解决了有效去除心电信号的干扰、噪声这一难题,并且能够快速、正确地给出初步诊断结果。所设计的系统人机交互性强,界面友好,而且还可以通过IE浏览器在线调用本系统,实现远程心电信号诊断,以利于专家会诊,提高心血管疾病治疗的有效性。

ABSTRACT

Although heart disease has already posed a great threat to human health,the detection and analysis of ECG constitutes the primary means to correctly diagnose such diseases. This paper,based on the analysis of ECG signal detection technology and virtual instrument technology,designs a set of ECG remote diagnosing system by using LabVIEW virtual instrument software development tools.

The system this subject has designed mainly include six modules: ECG signal reading, ECG signal preprocessing, feature points extraction, ECG signal diagnosing, ECG signal database established and remote diagnosing.This paper emphatically expounds ECG signal analysis and processing parts, and by means of researching ECG time-domain and frequency-domain features and medical knowledge, we focus on application of time-domain and frequency-domain interpolation, IIRfilter design, wavelet analysis, noise treatment, spectral analysis and other modern digital signal processing technology, and then this paper also applied to database and network programming.Based on LabVIEW development platform, the system can complete data reading, data analysis, data diagnosing and result showing.

Finally the experimental results showed that the designed scheme of this system is reasonable, and this system could offer help for ECG diagnosing.In particular, the problem that how to remove the interference and noise of ECG signal has been solved well and the system can rapidly generate the result. Moreover, the system designed is highly human-machine interactive and user-friendly and can be called by IE that can achieve remote diagnosing and promote effectiveness of heart disease diagnosing.
