摘要
认知无线电是一种可以感知外界通信环境智能通信技术,它可以通过对外部环境理解与学习,实时调节通信网络内部配备,智能地适应外部环境变化。认知无线电展示了管理复杂网络新方向,它试图将人工智有关技术引入到网络中,使网络具备自管理、自学习、自优化能力,从而真正实现网络可控制、可管理、可信任。同步,它更加注重应用端到端目的,能明显改进网络QoS和顾客业务体验。文章从认知无线电基本概念出发,阐述了认知无线电基本特性和系统平台构造、发展及研究现状,涉及涉及某些核心技术以及应用领域有关简介。

Abstract
As an intelligent communication system,Cognitive radio is possible to perceive the external environment,through which it learns from the environment then implements the adjustment of internal communication network configuration and intelligently adapts to the changes in the external environment. Cognitive radio shows the new direction of managing the complex networks,it attempts to fuse relevant technologies of artificial intelligence into the network,forming a brand new network of self-management,self-learning,self-optimizing ,which can realize the reliability of network control,management and trust. At the same time,it focus on the application between goals,which is capable of significantly improving network QoS and user service experience. From the basic concepts of cognitive network,we expounded the basic characteristics of the cognitive radio,system implementation framework,history and development of involving research in this paper,including several key technologies and applications.
