摘要

企业的财务状况影响着企业生产和经营的各个方面，直接关系到企业的生存和发展。在市场经济环境下，企业时刻面临着各种危机，但是，最终决定企业生死存亡的就是财务危机，即企业陷入财务困境，因此，财务会计预警的研究就显得十分重要。任何一个企业陷入财务困境是应该有一个动态的、连续的过程，出现一系列的财务特征，这个过程的存在使得企业财务困境能够被识别和预测。

本文选取了TCL集团作为研究对象，对财务困境预警进行了研究。首先，介绍了论文研究的背景和研究意义，并给出了财务困境的定义，对财务困境的成因进行了分析，同时也对财务困境预警的研究现状和预警模型进行了概述。其次，选取了相关的财务指标，对TCL集团2007年到2011年的财务数据进行了研究，主要从集团的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力、发展能力和现金流量五个方面进行了财务分析，并得出了财务困境预警的相关结论。最后，给出了财务困境的应对策略，并对财务困境研究领域的发展给出了相关的建议，包括对理论体系的构建、研究方法的创新和人员的培训三方面。

Abstract

The enterprise's financial conditions affect the enterprise production and management and the other aspects，it directly related to the survival and development of the enterprises. In a market economy environment，the enterprise moment faced with a variety of crisis，but ultimately decided the corporate life and death is the financial crisis，that is in financial disease，therefore，the early warning of financial accounting is very important. Any business in financial trouble，there should be a dynamic,continuous process，a series of financial characteristics of this process，the existence of corporate financial distress can be identified and forecasting.

In this paper，we select TCL Group as the research subject，financial distress early warning. Firstly，the definition of financial distress，and the causes of financial distress were analyzed. Secondly，the financial indicators have been selected，the TCL Group from 2007 to 2011 financial data，mainly from the Group's profitability，operations，solvency，development capacity and cash flows for five aspects of the financial analysis and draw the relevant conclusions of the financial Distress of. Finally，I give the development of the research areas of financial distress related proposals，including the construction of the theoretical system，research methods and training of person.
