1、将下列语段译成英语。

在20岁前，事业上的成功百分之百靠双手勤劳换来；20岁至30岁之前，事业已有些小基础，那10年的成功，10%靠运气好，90%仍是由勤劳得来；之后，机会的比例也逐渐提高；到现在，运气已差不多要占三至四成了。不敢说一定没有命运，但假如一件事在天时、地利、人和等方面皆相背时，那肯定不会成功。若我们贸然去做，失败时便埋怨命运，这是不对的。（李嘉诚成功格言之一）

Before the age of 20, 100 per sent of the success in our course can be abtained by hard work. as for the success during the ten years from 20 to 30, during which there has been certain basis in our course, 10% of it depends on good luck, and 90% still of hard work. After that, the opportunities will enlarge in preportion. and till now, almost 30 or 40 % of good luck will work. We dare not say our succees does have nothing to do with destiny, but if we lack such factors as good opportunities, environmental advantages, and others' supports, our succees, for sure, will be out of the question. it is not right for us to do something without careful consideration and to owe our failure to the fate.
