重症糖尿病、腫瘤及癌症患者，建議一日2次，每次5-6粒。

嬰兒或一歲半以前的幼兒避免食用，十歲以下的兒童用量減半。

慢性鼻炎，口腔潰瘍、咽喉炎、胃炎等消化系統疾病的輔助治療時，口腔含食效果最佳。

舌根處含食綠蜂膠膠囊，使綠蜂膠在舌下黏膜直接被吸收，用量小而利用率高。

口腔乾燥時可含少許溫白開水潤濕後再含食。

心腦血管等疾病的輔助治療推薦這樣食用。

為了避免耐受性的產生，連服21天後需要停食7天，再繼續食用。

本品是一種具有芳香氣味的膠狀粉末，味道辛辣。

在服用綠蜂膠膠囊時出現口乾、發熱、心跳加快、腹瀉和輕微頭暈等現象都是正常的生理反應，請食用者多飲水，適度減量，3-5天肌體就會適應。

在作為輔助治療時，第一周按一日2次，一次2粒食用為宜，第二周起開始加量。

食用期間需要忌煙酒，和西藥的服用時間間隔一個半小時以上。

食用綠蜂膠期間，不可混合咖啡、茶葉喝，以免破壞綠蜂膠的有效成分。

有對蜂產品或花粉過過敏者服用時，請遵醫囑。

高度過敏體質者慎用。

如果處在懷孕或哺乳期的女性，請不要食用。
