Being alive is a gift
• Hello, everybody! It‘s a great honor for me to be here now to share a book called Being alive is a gift that I’ve been reading recently. • And I have to mention that I was prepared to talk about the lifelong learning English, the importance of learning English, or the pursuit of our dreams at first. • But something that happened to me recently that changed my mind.

• I would like to emphasize once again that I hope you have a good habits and customs and a strong heart to face all kinds of threats that may arise in the future. • I wish we were all prepared, not brought down by demons.

Being alive is a gift
• I knew that I had to change and I started to force myself to go to bed at 11:00 pm, and waked up at 5:30 am to recite words and went to the playground for running three circles. • It was really painful at first, but I'm used to this lifestyle gradually and I felt my heart and body were getting better.
Being alive is a gift
• Through this book called Being alive is a gift, as a matter of fact, I was trying to express my opinion that good habits lead to good results, and bad habits lead to bad results. • The scary thing is that the gradual process is almost invisible, and all changes occur when you don't know and obviously you can’t see it. • This means that it's late that once you have a problem with your own physical condition. It underscores the importance of good habits once again.

• This is a photo of Yujuan. What a sunshine girl, what a happy family, isn't it? Nevertheless Cancer destroyed the good girl.
• Since the beginning of school, I have been used to go to bed late and get up very early in order to cope with all the exams. Of course I was also hating to get out of bed sometimes, but on those nights before the day that I got up late, I fell asleep very late frequently. There would never be a day that I was sleeping early, never. In summer, the presence of mosquitoes seriously affected the quality of my sleep. I can't count how many times that I was roused by the mosquitoes at midnight with numerous itchy mosquito bites on my body.

Being alive is a gift
• In 2012, it was the year that I entered high school from middle school. I remember clearly that that summer I had a happy time at my uncle’s home in the south of china. During that time, one day, I suddenly felt a sting in my right knee. Yet, I didn't care about it. After the school started in September, everything seemed to be going well. In October, however, every time I had gym class, my right knee would be painful as I ran. In November, I had a small lump on my right knee, and my dad took me to a hospital for a medical check : benign chondroma. Then the doctor had a chondrotomy for me, and for a long time I didn't have the ability to walk like a normal person.
