L端在阀前
C 、电气接线及压差设定
1 电气接线
1）端子#14和#15接供电电源（220Vac或24Vac/dc，注意型号！）。 2）将端子#3（+ 正极）和#4（— 负极）连接执行器，输出模拟量控制信号。注意正负极不可倒反！ 3）输出信号类型选择：拨码开关#5位在OFF位置（默认），输出4-20mA；在ON位置，输出2-10V信号。 （注意：拨码开关必须在断电后设定，然后加电生效；下同） 4）若用于浮点控制：端子#16为公共端，#19关阀，#20开阀（注意：拨码开关#3必须在ON位置）； 5）综合报警：端子#21和#22常开。发生故障（如取压管接 反、电源异常等）或到达维修周期时端子闭合，产生无源 干接点信号。 1

The length of moving time of actuator can be set through pressing &hold button S1 till displaying “FL”. Further press S2 to increase, press S4 to decrease, press &hold S3 till display “- - ” to save. There are 4 options: 2,3(default),4 and 5s.

B Tube Connection
1) Attention! Left side for High pressure, Right side for Low pressure ! MUST NOT BE REVERSED! 2) Thread type: G1/4” BSPP；Note: for dynamic control (P906D), the Low pressure port MUST be located somewhere before the valve along the flowing! 3) Strongly recommend to have Shut-off valves in both H port and L port. CAUTION： 1) Never tighten the threads excessively to avoid damaging against the pressure Ports; 2) Please close the shut-off valves when pressure testing or flushing pipeline!

A 、安装控制器
1) 用随箱附带的螺钉(M4X0.7P)和挂角连接控制器外壳； 2) 用螺钉将挂角固定在墙壁或其它固定物上。
注意：P906C用于压差旁通控制，被控阀门应安装于旁通管路；P906D用于动态 平衡控制(用作压差阀或动态平衡电动调节阀），被控阀门应安装于回水或供水 管路。请务必确认控制器选型正确，否则无法正常工作！

C Electrical Wiring &Setting Differential Pressure
1 Wiring
1）Connect the terminals #3 (+) and the #4 (—) to actuator. Pay attention to the Polarities！ 2）Terminals #14 and #15 for power supply. 3）Output signal type selection: Dip Switch #5 OFF, output 4-20mA signals (default); ON, 2-10V signals. （Note: the Dip Switch must be set when powered off, and become effective upon powered on again!) 4) Floating control application, the terminal #16 for COM, #19 for Close valve, #20 for Open valve; (Note: the Dip Switch #3 must be ON position). 5) General Alarm: the terminal #21 and #22 are Normally Open. When any malfunctions (such as Pressure Ports Connection Reversed or Power Supply abnormal, etc.) happened, or the 1 product reaches a Maintenance Cycle, both terminals will be 22 ALARM 2 21 closed and generate a dry contact signal. There are 4 buttons numbered as S1~S4( located on the lower left corner when the board is in horizontal) , press &hold S2 for 3 seconds and above, LED display “PD”, then display the current setting (01 for 0.1bar, 40 for 4.0bar; 3.0 bar in default)。Press S2 to increase, press S4 to decrease; press & hold S3 for 3 seconds or above until display “— —” to save the setting.

S3 S4 浮点控制模式下执行器单次动作的时长，单位：秒；共有2、3 （默认）、4和5秒四种可选。按住S1键三秒以上直到数码管显 示“FL”，然后按S2键增加，S4键减少，长按S3键直到显示“— —”以保存。

B 、连接导压管
1) 注意：左边接高压端（H），右边接低压端（L）。不可倒反! 2) 导压管接口是内螺纹G1/4”，用橡胶管或铜管分别连接。注意：用于动态平衡 控制时（P906D)，低压端取压点必须在回水管阀前，不可在阀后！ 3) 强烈建议在供回水导压管上均安装关断阀以便设备维护及检修！
注意：1）拧紧接口螺纹时不可用力过猛，以免损伤导压管！ 2）分段打压或冲洗管道前务必关闭导压管上的关断阀以免损坏或堵塞控制器！
1) Assemble the Bracket onto Housing through tightening the screws. 2) Attach the controller to a wall or other object with screws.
Note: P906C is for By-pass control, the valve is in a by-pass pipe; P906D is for Dynamic balance control, the valve is installed in Return Pipe or Supply Pipe. Make sure the controller type correct prior to installation. Otherwise it cannot work properly!
2 压差设定
四个按键为S1~S4（线路板水平放置时按键在左下方如图）。 按住S2键3秒以上，数码管显示“Pd”后显示当前设定值（01 表示0.1bar，40表示4.0bar；默认3.0 bar）。按S2键增加设定 值，按S4键减少；按S3键3秒以上直到显示“— —”以保存 设定值。
