7.1Duringtheprocessoftheproject,anycontractlist,tec hnologycheckinglist(notincludethevariation,addition ,substitution,andreductiononthedrawingsandprojectfe e)concerningaboutthisprojectshallonlyberegardedasef fectivewiththeconfirmationoftherepresentativepartyA inwriting.
7.2Anyvariationnoticelist,technologycheckinglist,co ntractlist,technologycheckinglist(includethedrawing sdesign)concerningaboutthisprojectshallonlyberegard edaseffectivewiththeconfirmationofthesealofpartyA.
7.3Intheeventofpartybfailstocompletetheprojectaccor dingtothedrawingtopartyAaspenaltyforthebreach.party bwillalsobeartheresponsibleandthereworkingfeecaused bythecontinuedworkingregardlessofthenewdesign.

8.AcceptanceandFinalAuditoftheproject
8.1Acceptanceoftheproject
