Work report

Dear Sir,

It’s really my honor to have this opportunity for this job. And

I hope I can make a good performance in GSA Group. Now, I will introduce my work experiences in ZHGD and LQ briefly.

I began working for ZHGD as an accountant in Luoyang city

after my graduation in the year of 2009. My main work is as follows:

1. Jul 2009—Dec 2009 Material accountant & Foreign trade accountant

I should check material invoice and some lists from the purchasing department according to ERP. If there is no problem, I should enter this trade in the account book. At the end of the month, I check these data with the relevant departments. And I must ensure the consistency of one account with another, and the consistency of accounts with facts.

My major work of foreign trade accountant is declaration for drawback of tax on exports, foreign exchange verification and foreign exchange verification. 2. Dec 2009—Sep 2010 Cost accountant & Scientific research

I could receive cost accounting lists from producing departments at the end

of every month. And I should share the materials on each product, and enter it in the account book according to the product cost. At the same time,

I would be responsible for scientific research expenses accounting. This

work is involving state secrets, so I can’t introduce a lot.

I came Qingdao in Oct 2010, and I began my second job in LQ. I worked as

a sales accountant and a salesman during these four years. My main work experiences are follows:

1. Oct 2010—Nov 2011 sales accountant

Accounting work of business Companies is simpler than the production company. Every day, I would enter up the sales of yesterday. At the end of the month, I should convert the cost of commodities sold and service provided into operating cost accurately and timely, then account current profit and loss together with periodic expenses.

2. Nov 2011—May 2014 Women's clothing sales supervisor

I have competed for the position of women’s clothing sales supervisor, because I wanted to challenge myself. I should do the work as below:

Make the purchasing plan of NAERSI and Koradior according to last year's sales situation.

Fly to Shenzhen to order goods twice a year.

Apply for the payment from LiQun Group, and contact the supplier to send our goods out.

Allocate those goods to every supermarket of LiQun according to the actual situation.

Assist and supervise the salesmen to fulfill the sales targets

Make sales report to the general manager.

Aug 18,2014, I began my work in LD. After a day of training, I entered Management Planning Team.

In summary, from LQ to LD, the work is changed completely. But I will throw myself into my work, and I will learn all the requirements of my work. I’m sure that providence does not let down a man who does his best. Also, I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. And, I am able to work under great pressure. I feel I can make some positive contributions to our company in the future. That’s all.
