RS2105XN描述:
RS2105是双通道,低导通电阻,单刀双掷(SPDT)模拟开关,设计用于1.8V至5.5V 的电压.RS2105器件可以处理模拟和数字信号.它具有快速开关速度(50ns)和低导通电阻(0.6ΩTYP)的特点. 应用包括信号门控,斩波,调制或解调(调制解调器)以及用于模数和数模转换系统的信号多路复用.
RS2105XN特点:
