摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,电力消费也随之快速地增长。电力资源已成为紧缺资源。如何节能降耗己成为近年来研究的热点课题。本文研究的智能路灯节能控制系统正是针对我国在城市照明上所存在的巨大的能源消耗而开发出的新型节能控制系统。它是集稳压控制、软启动功能、自动启停、智能调压控制于一体的路灯控制装置。晶闸管功率变换单元和智能控制系统相结合是该控制装置的主要特点。讨论了智能路灯节能控制系统的构思、设计方案,介绍了该装置的系统设计、工作原理,详细分析了以80c5l为主控单元的硬件电路设计。实验表明,智能路灯节能控制系统可明显的提高路灯的用电效率,改善效率因素,在节约能源,电力资源合理利用的今天,该装置有着十分广阔的社会和商业前景。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, electric power consumption also rises fleetly. recent years, the rising speed of electric power consumption ishigher than that of economy development remarkably. Electric power resource has become very scanty. Hence, how to economize energy sources and reduce wastage has become a hot problem researched in recent years.
The main feature is combining the SCR PowerC onversion and Intelligent Control System modules, the Power modules isolate high-voltage and low-voltage using Substation Converter Reactance, geting the fast winding of Reactor(high-voltage) and street lamp in series, increasing the second winding (low-voltage)in the reactor. The secondary coil ,the SCR and the control systems of fuzzy control algorithms are associateing together,
We discuss the concept of the intelligent system of energy-saving and controling street lamp,and introduce the system design of the installation, operation. we detailed analysis connecti the hardware circuit design with a control unit of 80c5l, and its electrical connection. Experiments show that the intelligent system of energy-saving and controlling street lamp can significantly improved the systemstreet lamps' electricity eficiency and improve the rata factor in energy. Nowadays,while is conservation and rational utilization of power resources, the device has a very broad social and busincss prospects. KeyW ords: Energy-saving and contorling Soft Start。
