• 3.Right to privacy • Exhibitors are expected to respect the right of all other Exhibitors. They are prohibited form entering other Exhibitors booths unless they are being invited.
Code of Conduct Participation in the Exhibition 展览会的参展商行为守则 1.Display Area Exhibitors should confine their display within the prescribed booth area, so as not to jeopardize fire safety. 2.Manning the stand a. Exhibitors should keep their stands in an orderly manner b. Packing boxes should be kept in appropriate storage area c. Exhibition should be displayed in a professional manner compatible with the image of the Exhibition.

• Exhibition Management 展位管理 • 1. No exhibitor may reassign or sublet any portion of the stand. It would be treated as against the contract if the booth user is not the same as the applicant. • 2. During the exhibition ,every booth should designate person on duty.And each person should be in charge for one booth. • 3.Retail sales are strictly prohibited. •

4.Without permission of the show organizer, no equipment or booth will be allowed to leave the show floor after the exhibition open. 5.Penalty to the non-compliance exhibition will be handled as follows: a. Criticism. b. Confiscation to the illegal transfer or sublet(s) Booth income. c. For serious cases, it will be disqualified or sent to law enforcement agencies. 6.Reporting and exposing the illegal transfer or sublet(s) booth will be given protection and rewards.

Security Management 参展安全管理 1、 展馆将尽力维护展位及展品安全,但展馆不 会对展会期间发生的意外负责任。参展单位应指 定安全保卫责任人做好安全保卫工作,提高参展 人员的安全防范意识。 • Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment,we can’t accept any responsibility for any losses or injury. Exhibitors should designate particular person for the responsibility of safety and security,and enhance the sense of security personnel participating.
• 2、全体参展人员应自觉遵守大会的各项规定,所有进馆人员应配合 保卫人员的检查幵佩戴相关证件。 • Participants and all staff should abide by the provisions of the Rule and Regulation,the person who enters the exhibition hall should wear the pass-in documents with them. • 3、展品应按规定摆放,严禁乱摆卖,参展单位应严格遵守展会用电 安全、消防安全等规定,自觉爱护消防器材和设施。 • The exhibits should be displayed where they should be,exhibitors must compliance with electrical safety and fire safety.The exhibitors should protect the fire extinguishers or other facilities at the same time.
• 4、展览期间由于公共场所人员较多,参展单位应 妥善保管好个人随身携带的贵重物品,如有遗失 展馆丌承担任何责任。 • There must will be many people during the exhibition.Be sure to take with you the valuables,we won’t accept any responsibility for any losses which may befall your personnel and their property.
