称呼表达
Mr. 先生Mrs.夫人Miss 小姐
Sir 先生Madam女士Ms女士（婚否未知）如有一位客户名字是James Smith：
则首次见面应该称呼Mr. Smith（史密斯先生）。

如果对方同意称呼其名，可以叫James。

否则一致称呼“Mr. Smith”。

切记“Mr.”必须跟对方的姓。

不论对于男女外籍人士，首次使用尊称，之后可向其询问今后如何称呼。

举例：
司机: Sir, what do you prefer to call your name later? 客户：You can call me James/Mr. Smith.
对于女性，由于未知是否已婚和年纪，比较礼貌的是称呼Ms。
