※本公司特此保证；自2011 年10 月30 日起，供应给苏州滨特尔水处理有限公司的下列产品满足下表中《欧盟关于在电子设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令》中列出有害物质限值的要求，并于生产过程中不使用这些物质：

We hereby warrant that, from Taizhou Yuli Casting Factory ,The products listed below supplied to Pentair Water(Suzhou) Co., Ltd satisfy the following threshold requirements concerning hazardous substances specified in ROHS (The Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electrical Equipment),

补偿贵公司因此发生的一切费用。

We shall pay to Pentair Water (Suzhou) Co., Ltd all damages and costs including, but not limited to. Reasonable attorneys’ fees, damage awards, payments to s ettle claims, and the cost of Pentair Water (Suzhou) Co., Ltd internal resources handling such matters if the parts delivered to Pentair Water (Suzhou) Co., Ltd failed to meet the above mentioned requirements:
