摘要

随着信息化办公的不断发展，律师事务所的业务也越来越繁忙，传统的管理方法已经不能被满足。因此，需要转变思想，以面对未来行业的竞争。律师事务所办公管理系统主要针对律师事务所业务流程的管理而进行的开发，目的是为了提高管理人员的工作效率以及服务质量。考虑到未来系统的升级以及为客户提供全面、优质、高性价比的服务体验，本系统采用客户机/服务器结构。 是一个统一的 Web 开发平台，它提供开发人员创建企业级 Web 应用程序所需的服务。它专为客户/服务器计算环境而设计的内部数据复制功能，强大的管理工具和开放式的系统结构,为发布信息,解决方案提供了一个卓越的平台。

本系统是针对律师事务所设计开发的律师事务所信息管理系统，本系统基于B/S 模式的律师业务管理的实现，采用的是.NET+SQL 2000模式的电子服务平台。本系统设计上采用Web Service技术，使之在选用平台、采用技术上具有先进性、前瞻性、扩充性，从而保证建成的系统具有良好的稳定性、可扩充性。系统设计按标准化、规范化，分层设计，构件化实现。从功能上来说，系统是比较完备的，系统以Web界面与用户交互，为用户提供信息并接受其操作，同时通过数据库管理系统来存储信息数据。系统实现了对信息数据的浏览、查询、编辑和管理等基本数据库操作，采用模块化设计方法，根据用户的需求及程序的应用与维护，将各个部分置于不同的模块当中，方便了程序的扩展与维护。

本文主要阐述了基于客户机／服务器计算模式下的律师事务所办公管理系统的开发策略，并详细说明了其所有子系统的分析、设计和实现。该系统能够对用户信息、案件流程信息、卷宗进行相应的管理，包括对的各项信息完成增加、删除、修改、查询等相应功能。对费用的清算可进行自动求和，以方便与使用者的操作。

Abstract

With the continuous development of informatization office, law firm's business is becoming more and more busy, the traditional management methods have not be met. Therefore, we need to change ideas, to face the future competition. Law firms office management system mainly for the management of the business process of the development, the purpose is to improve the management work efficiency and service quality. Considering the future upgrades and provide customers with comprehensive, high quality, cost-effective service experience, this system adopts client/server structure. is a unified Web development platform, it provides developers create enterprise Web application services required. It is specially designed for client/server computing environment of internal data replication, powerful management tools and the system structure of open mode, to release information, solution provides an excellent platform.

This system is aimed at law firms design and development of management information system, this system based on B/S model of lawyer business management implementation, is adopted. NET + SQL 2000 model of electronic service platform. This system design USES the Web Service technology, to choose in the platform, use technically advanced, forward-looking, expand, thus ensuring built into the system has good stability, scalability. System design according to the standardization and normalization, hierarchical design, component implementation. The system is relatively complete, the system with the Web interface and user interaction, providing users with information and accept its operation, at the same time through a database management system to store information data. System realizes the information data browsing, query, editing and managing basic database operations, such as the method of modular design, according to user requirements and procedures of the application and maintenance, put the parts in different module, convenient for the expansion of the application and maintenance.

This article mainly elaborated based on client/server computing mode of the law firm office management system development strategy, and details the analysis, design, and implementation of all subsystems. The system to the user information, process information of cases, file management, including all the information to complete the corresponding functions such as add, delete, modify, query. Liquidation can be carried out automatically sum of expenses, with convenient and user's operation.
