5. stab是指用匕首刺，扎，在这里是是一种比喻的说法，很形象，这里描写眼睛被划过夜空的霓虹灯的光线所刺射，由于霓虹灯在夜中闪烁，因此被形容成是碰触寂静的声音（touched the sound of silence）。
6.split撕开，裂开，指用暴力那种，相当于tear，break这里跟前面的stab这个词相呼应，造个句子：A lightning bolt split the night sky.一道闪电划破夜空。Split这个词还有分开，分享的意思，相当于divide，share。 We split the cake.我们一起分享蛋糕。还要注意split的过去式和过去分词都是split。
