1、将“万象城”作为一个独立的建筑主体进行设计，完全站在购物的角 度进行规划和设计，给予其设计规划的较大自由空间； 2、整个购物中心只有一条主动线，无次要通道，所有店面分布在动线两 边，避免了商场死角的出现； 3、平面动线设计流畅，在立体动线设计上从多个楼层直接导入人流；立 体动线设计减少了楼层之间的租金差距； 4、内外部交通合理，卸货区安排在店面的后部，通过货梯直接进入店面 的货物区，真正做到人车分流、人货分流； 5、出租空间呈现“两高”特色：层高高（5.6米至6.8米不等）、实用率 高（达60％），方正实用； 6、88部电扶梯与直梯纵横交错，购物非常方便； 店铺的可视性与通达 性强； 7、公共区域的空间舒适、色彩和谐；巨大的中庭直接通到建筑的顶部， 可以采到足够的自然光； 8、体现自然化、人性化，无障碍设计给残疾人购物提供了方便；女性洗 手间配置高出国家标准的两倍。
