一．预期听能训练：预期能力要求学生在听前推测，在听时捕捉话语中出现的关键信息。
学生拿到试卷后要快速浏览材料，依据词法、句法、等语法结构，语调、重音等语音知识以及语意标志语、上下文等篇章结构技巧，从卷面上快速捕捉关键信息，理解话语的主旨，并且在整体把握的基础上进一步捕捉细节，做到听录音时胸中有数。
有的放矢，不打无准备之仗。
