浅谈大学生就业观念的转变
在新的就业形势下,大学生新旧就业观念的剧烈冲撞和价值观的重新定向与形成有助于学生准确自我定位,在社会需要与自我价值之间找到理想的结合点的科学就业观,对解决大学生就业难问题具有非常重要的作用。

本文从大学生就业观特点、就业观转变、转变原因及树立科学就业观的对策等方面进行了探究。

一、当代大学生就业观的“两大转变”
1.择业从“等待分配”到“自主选择”。

紧随时代的变迁,大学生的就业观经历了从“等待分配”到“自主选择”的纵向转变。

等待就业是在计划经济体制改革的时代背景下出现的一种“消极”的就业观念。

国家提供各种相关的优惠政策,为顺利毕业的大学生提供各种优厚的待遇,安排恰当的工作。

大学生也普遍认为,只要通过十几年的寒窗苦读,考上了大学,就等于“端到了铁饭碗”,就能够有个较稳定的工作,受到政府政策的照顾,不用为找不到工作而发愁。

由此当时的大学生大多安于现状,等待着国家政府安排就业。

这在一定程度上解决了当时学生的就业压力,促进了当时中国社会经济的发展,但当时的大学生缺乏就业压力感,挫伤了就业的积极性。

改革开放以来,中国实施各种政策,以提高自身的综合国力及竞争力。

面临激烈的就业竞争环境,当代大学生已深刻意识到“今天不能抱着昨天的就业观念去面对明天的就业局面”。

“铁饭碗”已不再适用于当今形势,“主动择业”已成为了当代大学生择业主流。

选择用新的就业观念去迎接明天的严峻的就业考验,积极争取适合自己的就业之路,在选择的基础上,主动推销自己,充分表现出自我高尚的职业道德与良好的工作能力。

这样的择业方式才能在激烈的环境当中求得生存与发展。

2.择业从单一性走向多元性。

随着社会就业制度的变迁和就业压力的增大,当今的大学生已经学会主动适应社会,体现出很强的主动意识、自我意识与竞争意识,以更加多元化的选择主动适应新的就业形势,大致表现在以下几个方面:
第一,就业类型上。

大学生择业取向的范围增加,从以往的无风险的国有性质的单位走向如民营大中型企业、私营企业等各行各业,或参军入伍等。
