第一种情况是如果托收指示中规定托收费用由付款人承担，而后者 拒付时，提示行可以根据具体情况在不收取该项费用的情况下凭付 款或承 克或其他条件交单，此时被放弃的托收费用应由发出托收的一方 承担，井 可从货款中扣减。
