给水厂设计说明书毕业设计

摘要

本设计分为四部分,即由给水管网计算、一泵站、给水厂工艺、二级泵站组成。

首先,进行水量计算。城市总用水量的计算,应包括设计年限内该给水系统所供应的全部用水,综合生活用水(包括居民生活用水和公共建筑用水);工业企业用水;浇洒道路和绿地用水;管网漏失水量;未预见用水;消防用水。

给水厂工艺流程为:混凝→沉淀→过滤→消毒→清水池。混凝是给水处理中的一个重要过程,混凝包括混合和絮凝两个阶段。混合采用管式静态混合器混合,絮凝剂采用碱式氯化铝,隔板絮凝池。固体颗粒在重力作用下从水中分离出来的过程即为沉淀,沉淀池接絮凝池,采用斜管沉淀池工艺。过滤一般是指通过过滤介质的表面或滤层截留水体中悬浮固体和其它杂质的过程,本设计采用普通快滤池。消毒主要是借助物理方法和化学方法杀灭水中的致病微生物。本流程采用液氯消毒。给水管网进行平差分为两部分:统一布置管网最高时平差,并消防校核。

根据流量和扬程进行选泵。

Summary

This design include four parts which include how to calculate network of pipes 、how to design the first pumping station、how to design waterworks、how to design the second pumping station.

First of all, we should calculate the water volume. The water volume should include the whole water which the water-supply system can use during the design period, demand for domestic and public use(include the domestic water demand of urban and rural inhabitants and providing water for public building);water supply in industrial enterprise; street flushing water and the wat er of afforestation; network of pipes’ s loss; the water we can’t foresee; the water of fire protection.

The way to design water include five parts: coagulate→deposition →filtration→disinfection→reservoir of clean water. Coagulate is an important part, coagulate include two steps which are mix and flocculation. We use water pump to mix, we use aluminium chloride as coagulating agent and separate flocculation basin. Deposition is the rigid granules that separate from the water at the action of gravity, setting basin is connected to flocculation basin, here we use inclinedtube Evaporator. When the water go through the surface of the filter medium, the rigid granules or something dirty can seprated from the water, that is we called filtration, here we use rapid filter. We also use physical method or chemical method to kill the bacterial in the water. We use liquid chlorine to kill the bacterial.The balance of the network of pipes include two parts: when unified the pipe, we should check out the volume when in the worst and firefighting condition.

According to the volume and delivery lift you can choose the water pump.
