题目:G市配电网可靠性规划

中文摘要

配电系统处于电力系统末端,是把输变电系统与用户设施链接起来,向用户分配电能和供给电能的重要环节,配电网可靠性研究对用户和供电企业均有重要意义。本文的目的就是根据可靠性理论去分析G市电网的可靠性,利用ETAP软件计算G市可靠性指标,对配电网供电可靠性现状进行统计分析,针对G市配网2015年规划做可靠性提升潜力评估。论文提出了一套比较科学和系统的可靠性规划方法,首先要求先对G市配电网现状以及G市配电网历史运行数据进行分析,并且在现状电网下进行可靠性分析,在可靠性现状评估的基础上对规划期的可靠性指标目标值进行细化,以确定较为合理的可靠性目标。然后,给出规划期可靠性指标的预测,将其与目标值进行比较,为各项改善措施的可靠性贡献定量研究提供目标依据。最后,通过对改进可靠性措施与现状电网可靠性之间进行比较,对两者进行成本-效益评估并提出改进意见。

Abstract

At the end of the power system, power distribution system is the transmission system and user facility link, to the user an important link of the power supply and distribution of electrical energy, power distribution network reliability research of both user and power supply enterprises of great significance. The purpose of this article is based on reliability theory to analyze the reliability of G city power grid, ETAP software is used to calculate reliability index G city, carried out a statistical analysis about the present situation of distribution network power supply reliability, 2015 G city distribution network planning against doing reliability ascension potential evaluation. Paper puts forward a set of more scientific and systematic reliability planning method, First of all, claim on the basis of the status qualified of reliability evaluation for thinning planning phase of target reliability index, a reasonable to determine the reliability of the goal. Then, the planning phase of the reliability index of the prediction compared with the target, contributing to the measures improving the reliability of the quantitative research provides the basis of the goal. Finally, on the improved reliability measure and conparison between the status power distribution system reliability, cost-benefit analysis for assessment and put forward the improvement opinion.
