61中国设备工程Engineer ing hina C P l ant中国设备工程 2018.01 (下)喷油螺杆式空气压缩机可以将机械能转换成气体压力输出,多年来在各化工、钢铁、食品加工等领域得到广泛应用。
该压缩机在操作时展现出了较小的振动频率、极高的效率以及极少的损件等优势。
虽然该压缩机在运行过程中较易调控,且用于维护的费用很低,但温度过高、油泄漏、风冷却器阻塞和输出风量不够等问题也极易发生。
在操作的过程中,这样的空气压缩机可能会出现:压缩机的温度高于原先的温度、安全阀有可能会发生起跳现象、压缩空气有可能满足不了正常工作时所达到的压力等等。
针对这些问题,本文列出了下述的解决方案。
1 空压机各系统结构流程1.1 空气流程在过滤器去除掉尘埃的空气之后,空气先是通过气阀这个通道进入了压缩机的机头,然后在高温空气的作用下与高温润滑油相混合。
再通过单向阀这个通道进入到油气分离器这个容器里面,之后进入到空气冷却器,冷却后的空气通过疏水器这个通道排到外面,形成冷凝水,最终,压缩空气进入到系统管网。
1.2 润滑油流程在操作喷油螺杆式压缩机时添加润滑油能够产生降低温度、减小噪音、润滑装置、紧密封闭、预防腐蚀等效果。
启动压缩机之初,润滑油温度较低,使温控阀处于自然闭合状态,这使得润滑油未经油冷却器的冷却而进入压缩机。
温控阀的开关因润滑油温度升高到55℃而自动开启,润滑油进入机体需经过润滑油冷却器、断油阀等设备,它在进入的过程中既可以对机体内被压缩的空气起到冷却、减弱噪音的功能,又可以使机体里面的转子、轴承更加顺利地工作。
此时,压缩空气将通过单向阀流入油气分离器,得到的高温混合油气通过油器分离器后,在容器内旋转,润滑油内细微的颗粒物在通过细密的过滤芯后被过滤除去。
经处理后的油向容器的下部沉积,冷却器对润滑油进行从下到上的冷却。
被冷却过的油经过滤器、断油阀到达压缩机的润滑处,这样可以压缩空气的温度,使装置中各个零件能够顺利地起作用,达到润滑、减轻噪声、防止腐蚀等等的处理。

开机启动
• 一:解除紧急停车。 • 二:按动启动按钮。空压机将会在卸载的 条件下启动,自动运行指示灯亮起。 • 三:大约十秒钟左右空压机开始加载,显 示器上‘自动卸载’变为‘自动加载’

• 一:按动停机按钮,指示灯熄灭。压缩机 开始卸载,卸载30秒后空压机停止工作。 • 二;在紧急情况下,可以拍下紧急停车按 钮。报警指示灯会闪烁,故障排除后,拔 出按钮报警指示灯会熄灭。 • 注:非紧急情况不要拍下急停,否则会使 空压机出现故障,影响使用寿命。
手动加卸载
在自动运行的情况下,按下卸载键(F3 键)指示灯会熄灭,显示器会显示出手动 卸载,此时空压机就是在卸载;按下加载 键(F3)指示灯会亮起,注意加载键不会 让空压机立刻加载,会让它回到自动加载 状态如果气罐压力低于设定值,空压机就 会加载运行
