方案已经咨询银川当地多位地基专家和两家地基处理公司，给出的结论是，设备基础已经完成沉降，地基处理公司报价3个设备的处理费用约15-18万，预计时间7天左右完成处理。

拆除及重建方案Demolitionand rebuildscheme
2.1
挖出以前回填的砂加石，挖至-2.4米原地面及18#处理的C15混凝土顶部交接处，回填砂加石及素砼 铺设模板、绑扎钢筋混凝土浇筑。
Thescheme is backfill sand and stone dug up, dig the original ground to 2.4 m and 18# processing C15 concrete top surface,sandstone backfill and plainconcrete pouringerect template, bind steelconcrete pouring.

成本：混凝土9万元--钢筋绑扎5万元—模板2万元—废料拆除外运等3万元—试验费1万元合计约20万元。
Thescheme cost of rebuild foundation is about ¥20,0000. it includes concrete cost ¥90000，steel binding cost ¥50000，template cost ¥20000，waste removal cost ¥30000,test fee of ¥10000.

重建时间:拆除清理4天—分层压实、试验（或者回填混凝土）3天—垫层混凝土1天---模板、钢筋3天---混凝土浇筑1天---养护7-14天合计时间约需要20-25天
