企业信息化建设的现状、问题及对策

摘要：随着信息技术的集成化和信息网络化的不断发展，信息不仅已经成为企业发展的决定性因素，而且还是最活跃的驱动因素。在此背景下，对企业信息化建设与市场竞争力的紧密联系进行了研究，报道了中小企业信息化建设的现状，以及中小企业信息化建设的必要性，介绍了中小企业信息化建设的内容，论述了企业信息化建设的实施。运用计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术的方法，管理企业生产经营活动中的所有信息，实现企业内外部信息的共享和有效利用，以提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争能力。

本论文在认真了解企业信息化作用的基础上分析了我国企业信息化建设情况，在肯定我国企业信息化建设所取得的成绩的同时，着重探讨了我国企业信息化建设中存在的问题，最后有针对性地提出了促进我国企业信息化建设的策略。

本论文结合信息管理的相关知识，在深刻了解企业信息化对我国企业的重要性的基础上，从理论和实践两方面对企业信息化发展提供切实的、可行的建议和措施，希望有效的促进我国企业信息化的发展。
