Y公司市场部员工绩效考核问题及对策研究
摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,现代企业管理水平的提高,企业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,竞争越来越激烈,绩效管理已作为企业注重和运用的一个重要目标。企业只有以员工的业绩为导向才可以求得企业的生存和发展,绩效管理在现代人力资源管理中拥有重要位置和作用。绩效管理作为人力资源管理的重点,其建设的有效性确定了人力资源管理的有效性。当下大多数企业的绩效管理考核体系不健全,还停留在原来的考核模式上,这无疑限制企业的发展。无论从组织的方面,还是从管理者和员工的方面,绩效管理都能给我们带来益处。本文主要研究Y公司市场部员工绩效管理体系优化问题,通过对绩效管理相关理论进行概述,分析Y公司市场部员工绩效管理现状,探讨Y公司市场部员工绩效管理存在的问题,针对性地提出Y公司市场部员工绩效管理体系的优化及实施对策。

Abstract
With the continuous development of market economy and the improvement of modern enterprise management level,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and competition is becoming more and more intense. Performance management has been an important goal for enterprises to focus on and apply. Only by taking the performance of employees as a guide can enterprises survive and develop. Performance management plays an important role in modern human resource management. Performance management as the focus of human resource management,the effectiveness of its construction determines the effectiveness of human resource management. At present,the performance management assessment system of most enterprises is not perfect,and it still stays in the original assessment model,which undoubtedly limits the development of the enterprise. Performance management can benefit us both in terms of organization and from managers and employees. This paper mainly studies the Y company marketing staff performance management system optimization problems,through the theory of performance management is summarized,the analysis of Y company's marketing department staff performance management status,discusses the existing Y company marketing staff performance management problems,put forward the optimization of Y company marketing staff performance management system and countermeasures.
