毕业设计中文摘要
为获取无油污的洁净的压缩气体,对排气量为1.65m3/min W型全无油压缩机进行设计。通过热力学计算确定各级压力比、各级吸排气压力、确定各级缸径、活塞力和轴功率从而选定电机。在结构设计中,主要对活塞环、导向环、活塞销、活塞、气缸、连杆、曲轴进行设计,通过选取参数对它们的尺寸进行确定,从而进行绘图。通过动力学计算中主要是对列的往复力计算、各列的摩擦力计算、气体力计算、综合活塞力计算、对总切向力的叠加与总切向力图的绘制和飞轮矩的计算等方面进行设计。在热力学计算、结构设计、动力学计算中对无油压缩机设计参数要进行合理选择,以使压缩机性能优良。

Abstract
To obtain a clean oil-free compressed air,the displacement1.65m3/min W-type oilless air compressor is designed.By thermodynamic calculations to determine the pressure ratio at all levels, all levels of suction and discharge pressure to determine the levels of bore, piston and shaft power to the selected motor.In the structural design, primarily on the piston rings, guide rings, piston pin, piston, cylinder, connecting rod, crankshaft design, by choosing parameters to determine their size, so for drawing.Mainly through the dynamics calculation is out of the reciprocating force calculation, the columns of the friction force calculation, gas power, the Composite piston force calculation, the total shear force and total shear superposition of the drawing and the flywheel to try the calculation of moments aspects of design.In order to obtain it excellent performance of the compressor,the design paranter are seted by thermodynamic calculations, structural design, dynamics calculation.
