谋篇布局：审题和构思

第一段：开头。2-3句，交代写信目的。

第二段：主体。3-4句，交代信件的主要内容。

第三段：结尾，重申希望+期待回复或祝福。

语言细节

词汇：精准；得体；

句式：简洁；长短句结合（非谓语；定语从句；被动语态；）

衔接：恰当的过渡词；

书写：新高考应用文写作要求80词左右。

1.一行10字左右；80作文写8行。

2.平行原则；直线原则（笔直有力度）；曲线原则（饱满，圆润）

3. 整洁，不涂改

第一段：开头2-3句

如果是比较熟识的朋友，可以问候，不必自我介绍。How is everything going (with you)?

如果不熟识可以介绍，不用问候。I’m Li Hua, a high school student currently studying in China. I’m Li Hua, chairman of the Students’ Union.

2. 说明写信背景(某事及事由)与目的

Delighted to know that…, I’m writing to....很高兴得知(某事)，我…

Knowing/Learning/Hearin g that you..., I’d like to ...

I’m sorry to tell you / to know/to learn/to hear that you ….很遗憾告诉你/得知(某事)，我…

I’m writing to extend my warmest welcome to you.(向你表达最热烈的欢迎)

I’m writing to give you my full support. (全力支持你)

I’m writing to warmly invite you (to join us.../to join in it).(热情邀请你各我们一起做../参加…)

I’m writing to inform you of some relevant details/information. (告知你相关细节)

I’m writing to inquire about some relevant information. (询问相关信息)

I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude to you(for your....). (向你表达感谢)

I’m writing to express my sincere congratulations to you on (your doing...).(向你表示祝贺)

I’m writing to give you my sincere apology for (my failing to do sth). (因…向你表达真情道歉)

I’m writing to share with you some advice about the problem.(告知你关于这个问题的建议)

I’m writing to recommend... to you. (向你推荐…)

I’m writing to seek some guidance on how to ... (寻求关于如何做…的指导)

I’m writing to ask for/seek some help/ask a favor of you. (寻求帮助)

2) 安排与计划、时间地点

句一：活动名称is（scheduled）to be held地点+时间句二：it will start时间点and last for时间. To begin with, as scheduled, the activity will take place/be held in the Students’ Club from 8 p.m to 9 p.m next Sunday.

首先，按计划活动将于下星期天晚上8时到9时在学校俱乐部举行。

The exhibition, whose theme is ... ，will take place in the school hall from 2 to 5 on the afternoon of June 1.

展览会将于6月1日下午2时至5时在校大厅举行，主题是…
