1.1坠落防护方案Fall protection plan

1.1.1一般防护措施General protection measures

1.1.1.1施工现场临时上落梯必须搭设牢固并应装有扶手护栏,预留口、临边、洞口必须搭设护栏或覆盖,如因工作需要拆除移动,工作完毕后应立即重新回复原样;

Temporary ladders with handrails shall be fixed firmly on the construction sites.Reservedopening, opening side or hole opening to the cave shall be provided with guardrails or covers which have to recover at once whenever removing for work requirement.

1.1.1.2临时或固定的脚手架,必须用合格的材料按安全规定要求搭设和使用 (包括可移活动脚手架);作业平台桥板必须绑扎牢固,不允许有探头板;

Temporary or permanent scaffold shall be erected and used with qualified material conformed to the safety provisions ( moveable scaffold included) .Access boards of the working platform shall be tied firmly without protruding board.

1.1.1.3凡在1.2m (含1.2m)以上作业者,必须使用新式全身式配戴型安全带。

Those who work up 1.2m (1.2m included) height shall put on safety belts of new body-type.

1.1.1.4活动脚手架工作平台作业不能超过4人,承重材料不能超过300Kg,材

料工具不能上下抛接,移动架身时,作业人员必须退下;

Only four people or less can stand on the platform of moveable scaffold and the material load shall not exceed 300Kg.Throwing tools or materials to the platform won't be allowed, and all workers must retreat down during the platform moving period.

Persons who are performing work in unguarded areas and exposed to a potential fall of 1.2 or more shall utilize fall protection equipment.

In situations where a fall could result in impalement or other injury, fall protection equipment shall be utilized regardless of the potential falling distance.

Fall protection devices and systems shall not be used for any purpose other than employee safeguarding.

1.1.3.3梯子Ladders

Prior to performing any work, including preliminary inspection, the structural integrity of the roof will be verified (i.e., is the roof capable of supporting
