( State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automationꎬ Northeastern Universityꎬ Shenyangꎬ Liaoningꎬ 110819) Abstract: The integrated controlled technology of hot rollingꎬ ultra - fast cooling and heat treatment is a series of original technological innovations aiming at key production processes of hot rolled steel. Developing the syn ̄ chronization process equipment of rolling - coolingꎬ developing a new generation of controlled rolling technolo ̄ gy coupled with temperature control and deformationꎬ and combining the ultra - fast cooling technology after rollingꎬ giving full play to the comprehensive strengthening effect of fine grainsꎬ precipitation and phase trans ̄ formation. The ideal micro - structure has been obtained and the comprehensive mechanical properties of prod ̄ ucts have been improved through developing the synchronization equipment of rolling - coolingꎬ developing new generation of rolling controll technology coupled with temperature control and deformationꎬ combining the ultra - fast cooling technology after rollingꎬ giving full play to the comprehensive strengthening effect of fine grainꎬ precipitation and phase transformation. On this basisꎬ advanced heat treatment technology is developed for high - end products to meet the needs of high strength and high uniformity quenching process. Through technological innovation of integrated controlled technologyꎬ the hot rolling steel production process system control is realizedꎬ the performance of hot rolling steel material is promotedꎬ the stability of steel material is guaranteedꎬ the amount of alloy elements is reducedꎬ and the production cost of steel is reduced.
