摘要
本毕业设计题目是xxxxxxxx省某中学教学楼设计,该教学楼的总建筑面积大约是5422.50平方米,共五层,建筑高度为19.500米。本建筑采用钢筋混凝土全现浇框架结构体系。基础采用柱下独立基础。
本设计内容包括建筑设计、结构手算和结构电算三部分。其中建筑设计主要根据建筑的重要性,工程地质勘查报告,建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式,本工程采用的是框架结构。
手算部分计算书的主要内容有工程概况、构件尺寸的初步确定、框架的计算简图、荷载计算、框架横向侧移计算、框架在水平风载、竖向荷载作用下的内力计算分析和计算、内力组合、截面设计、楼梯设计及基础设计。其中计算水平地震力作用下时采用极限状态设计方法。在梁柱截面设计时要采用“强柱弱梁”原则。
电算时,先用PMCAD软件进行结构平面布置,检查平面数据,输入次梁楼板,输入荷载数据,形成PK文件,画结构平面图,然后使用PK进行框架计算;最后用SAT-8
软件进行框架的空间结构计算,输出楼板配筋图、框架梁柱配筋图。
在设计过程中采用了手算和电算两种方式,对计算结果进行校核,及时发现设计中的错误以及与电算不同的部分,找出原因。

Abstract
The topic of this graduation project is Teaching building design of a middle school in Anhui , the building's total construction area is about 5422.50 square meters, a total of five, building height of 19.500 meters. The design includes architectural design, structural calculation and structure of the ICC hands of three parts.
