摘要

淬火压床是套圈类、盘套类零件的专用淬火设备。淬火压床则是把合适的淬火模具与具有淬火功能的机床组合为一体,满足淬火要求。在压床内被淬火零件的急冷过程中,采用合适的淬火模具能有效地阻止零件收缩,减少变形,保证热处理质量和零件尺寸稳定。

本设备是铁路轴承内圈淬火生产线的配套设备。设备每循环可完成两件内圈的淬火,按工艺要求,可设定淬火的自动控制程序。设备配有抓取工件的机械手,完成自上料——淬火——出料的全自动循环过程。设备具有自动化程度高、可先靠性好、淬火工件质量稳定、占地面积小等显著特点。采用该设备可大大提高淬火工作效率,减少劳动强度,降低废品率,促进工程热处理工艺水平的提升。也易于组成生产联线的用于大批量生产。

本设备略作改动,配备相应的模具后,完全适用任何其它的套圈类和盘套类零件的淬火工作。

ABSTRACT

Quench press is ring type, dish sets special quenching equipment parts. Quench press is the appropriate function of quenching the mold and machine combination has hardened as a whole, to meet the hardening requirements. In the press bed is part of the quench hardening process, using the appropriate quench mold can effectively prevent part shrinkage, reduce deformation, heat treatment to ensure the quality and part dimensional stability.

Bearing inner ring of the device is a rail-way line quenching equipment. Equipment to be completed per cycle, hardening the inner two, according to process requirements, can be set to automatically control the quenching process. Device with a robot to crawl the workpiece to complete the self-feeding .Quenching - the fully automatic discharge cycle. High degree of automation equipment can be good by quenching the workpiece quality, small footprint, and other notable features. Using this equipment can greatly improve the quenching efficiency, reduce labor intensity, reduce scrap, facilitating the upgrading of the level of heat treatment. Also easy to form the production line for mass production. Minor changes of the device, with a corresponding mold, the ring is fully applicable to any other classes and parts of the quenching disk sets work.
