The Design of Small Ship Lock Control System Based on PLC

摘要

本课题为小型船闸的PLC控制。船闸是在水位集中跌落的情况下(例如,建造闸、坝处),用以保证通航的水利工程建筑物。利用河水灌溉农田,或者利用水力推动水力发电机进行工作时需要在河流上修建拦河坝,用以提高水位。这样,河水被大坝隔断,上下游的水位差较大,航船无法通过。于是人们就利用连通器的原理,在运输频繁的江河上,在大坝的旁边修建了船闸。本文对船闸的结构、控制过程、作用等方面做了较全面的介绍,对PLC的基本组成、工作原理、发展过程及趋势进行大致的分析,以此引出用PLC实现对小型船闸的自动控制,用PLC代替传统的继电器接触控制逻辑电路,充分利用PLC的优点进行设计,给出了比较详细的系统设计过程,系统的配置,相应及程序运行的结构框图。本文还对船闸运行发生故障时的自动报警与查询系统做了探讨与研究,对PLC船闸自动控制系统的完善具有重要意义。

Abstract

This topic is The Design of Small Ship Lock Control System Based on PLC. The lock is the hydraulic engineering building concentrated in the case of the fall of water level (for example, construction of the lock, dam) , in order to ensure ing river water for irrigation of farmland, or using hydraulic drive hydraulic generator is built on the river to dam,in order to raise the water level. So, the river is cut off by the dam, water level upstream and downstream of the difference, the ship cannot pass. So people using the principle of communicating vessels, in the transport of frequent River, to build the dam next to lock. In this paper, the structure of lock control process, and other aspects of the role is introduced, analysis the basic composition, working principle, development process and trends of PLC, this leads to the automatic control of the small lock using PLC. Using PLC instead of the traditional relay contact controlling logic circuit. Making full use of the advantages of PLC design, to gives a more detailed system design, system configuration, and the block diagram of the program is running, and the corresponding procedures, and describes the structure and working principle of lock. This article is also alarm and query lock system, fieldbus communication in the host computer and research are also discussed, on the PLC automatic control system locks the improvement of great significance.
