What is
Sanitary Standard 卫生级，要求使用的材料是304L或者316L，表面需要 进行表面处理或抛光。 HighClean Standard 高洁净，要求使用的材料是316L。表面粗糙度等级达 到Ra0.8。 Pharm Standard 生物医药级，材料使用316L。符合ASME BPE标准， 抛光等级为SFF1或SFF2以上。

DT-13 包装要求

卫生级要求： 表面要易于清洗（CIP或者拆卸清洗） 焊接式平接头的内表面清洁光滑，没有表面缺陷。 在工艺操作条件下，垫片的材料应该合适。例如：垫片 本身不能产生任何味道等。（主要指垫片的成分不能在 物料中有溶解、挥发或发生反应）。
DT-1 范围 此部分描述了不锈钢自动焊接和卫生卡箍管配件以 及加工元件的全部尺寸和公差。除配件外，此部分还包 括了商品不锈钢加工件的公差和记号，这些元件不只局 限于配管、容器、阀、泵、过滤器支架和使用仪器。此 部分还描述了用于配管公称外径的元件，其尺寸见表 DT-1。尺寸使用从U.S.转化过来的米制单位。列出了 惯用单位，仅供参考。对于公称米制尺寸配管和元件参 考相应的国际标准。

Clamp liners: Austenitic stainless steel奥氏体不锈钢 Gasket: 具有一定硬度的天然或合成橡胶，材料应符合卫生级要求并有一定 的使用寿命； 常用的垫片材料：PTFE,EPDM,无色硅橡胶,PTFE包覆EPDM

DT-4 材质 符合此标准的材质一般应为316、316L，或由买方和 厂家商讨的其他材质。 在指定材质为316L处，自动焊接末端材质得化学组成 应按表DT-3中所示。 对于自动焊接，其化学组成应满足ASTM说明中的规定。
DT-6 配件尺寸 此部分所描述的配件尺寸在表DT-7到DT-30中已给出。

Definitions: Clamp pipe coupling: Coupling with two liners intended for joining pipe ends together by means of a clamp. 卡箍连接：用卡箍将连接管道的两个平接头夹紧连接方式； Clamp liner: Flanged pipe coupling part, with one conical face to provide means for connecting mating liners. 平接头：带有圆锥面的一种管道连接件。 Welded-type clamp liner: Clamp liner intended to be joined to a pipe end by butt welding. 焊接式平接头：与管道是对接焊的连接方式。 Expanded-type clamp liner: Clamp liner intended to be attached to a pipe end by expansion. 胀接式平接头：与管道是胀接的链接方式。 Gasket: Ring-shaped pipe coupling part intended to make a hygienic liquid-tight joint between the flanges of two clamp liners. 即垫片。 Clamp: Ring-shaped pipe coupling part with a taper-sided channel section. 卡箍、卡钳：环形的内部带有锥形通道的夹紧件。
如表DT-4中所示，所有配件应有一个自动焊接的最小 切线长度。切线长度T是从焊接末端起开始测量的垂直 长度。所有的尺寸均为公称OD管尺寸。
在表DT-7到表DT-30中未描述的配件的构造尺 寸应保证起始端到末端的尺寸。
DT-12 表面要求 提供此标准的配件和加工元件其内外表面在买方的要求下，可通 过机械抛光、化学抛光、电解抛光任何的组合来完成，满足SF部 分。其配件和加工元件的内外表面应为清洁的，无油、油脂、颗 粒、磨剂或电解液。
