工商银行电子商务平台“融e购”业务发展战略研究

摘要

自互联网技术出现以来,它就以人类不可估量的速度向前发展,而它的发展进步也催生了和带动了许多新兴行业的出现和蓬勃生长,互联网金融行业就是其中的典型代表。新兴的互联网金融模式给银行经营的传统业务造成了很大的冲击,对于广大银行来说,只依靠传统意义上的业务维持生存似乎已经是不可能的事情。国内电子商务市场涉及各行各业,最初的淘宝、京东、当当等,又有苏宁、国美实体连锁经营的电商化,市场规模早已超过了十万亿,可见其发展之迅速。电子商务犹如一个诱人的大蛋糕,被所有人盯着。为了获得在激烈的竞争中获得有利地位,国内许多银行试图借助互联网增收利润。实行互联网金融模式,打造可靠的互联网金融平台,发展电子商务,这已经是大势所趋。其中,中国银行大佬工商银行建立的“融e购”电子商务平台就是其极具代表性的产物。实际上,“融e 购”电商平台并非是国内银行的第一个电商平台,最早出现的应是中国建设银行创办的“善融”,由此形成一股银行系电商平台的热潮。“融e购”从众多电商平台中脱颖而出,通过充分利用现有资源和重视品牌宣传在电商领域中占有一席之地,交易额上万亿,交易规模增长相当迅速,成为国内中仅次于淘宝的第二大电商平台,是银行领域中的最大电商平台。

“融e购”是一个综合性电商平台,它的业务拓展到了电子商务和金融服务,同时,它既为个人服务也为企业服务,另外,它将B2B和B2C模式融合在了一起,吸引一大批新客户的加入。通过这个平台,可以发布商品、进行在线交易、集资,还可以与采购商实时交流合作,建立良好联系,极大提高了工作效率。对于个人商城,受众面十分广泛,是工商银行非常重视的一个电商服务。“融e购”B2B是继B2C平台出现针对企业商城的一个平台,就目前看来,它的应用范围还不及服务个人商城的B2C,没有达到预计的效果,但是发展潜力还是可观的。

本文会结合国内外对电子商务的理论实践研究,以工商银行“融e购”电子商务平台为例,讨论其合理性,指出工行过分依靠金融理财产品的销售等缺陷,并通过调查和研究,希望它能更多关注客户需求,重视差异性产品的开发。最后,对其进行总结。

Abstract

Since theemergence of Internet technology,itisthe human immeasurable speedof development, and its development progress has alsospawned and led tothe adventof manynewindustriesa nd rapid growth,the Internet financial industry is oneof the t ypical.The emerging Internetfinancialmodel hasmadea greatimpact onthe traditional business of banking, andfor the vastnumber of banks,itseemsimpossible to survive by relyingsolely onthe traditional sense of business. Thedomestice-commerce market, involving allwalks of life, the original Taobao,Jingdong,Dangdang, Suning, Gomeand entity of chainoperation of electricity, the sizeof themarket hasalready exceeded$one hundred thousand, showingits rapiddevelopme nt.E-commerce islike a tempting bigcake,staring at everyone. In order to gain a favorableposition in the fierce competit ion,manydomesticbanks try to increase profits through theinternet.The implementationof theInternet financial model, to build a reliable internet banking platform, thedevelopment of e-commerce, this is the general trend. Among them,Chin aBanking chiefs,ICBC establishedthe"epurchase"e-commerceplatform isa representative of its products.In fact,thefinancialepurchaseelectronic business platform isnot thefirst electronicbusiness platform for domestic banks, theearliest appearance should be establ ished by China Construction Bank, "good melt", whichform a banking system business platform boom. Financial epurchase of B2B is the B2Cplatformis a platform for business store, fornow, itsapplication range islessthan the personal service mall B2C, did notreach the expectedeffect, butthe developmentpotential is still considerable.
