摘要

选取同时分娩的12窝148头哺乳仔猪作为研究对象，体重均在1.20kg左右，随机分为三个组:高温组A(30-33℃)、常温组B(25-28℃)、低温组C(17-20℃)，每组均有4窝哺乳仔猪。试验期共35天，研究不同温度范围对仔猪生长性能和健康状况的影响。结果表明：在0-20日龄时，A组平均日增重和平均窝重与B组、C组差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);B组和C组在0-7日龄差异显著(P<0.05)，在8-20日龄时差异不显著(P>0.05)。在21-35日龄时，B组平均日增重和平均窝重与A组、C组,差异显著(P<0.05);A组和C组也是差异显著(P<0.05)。在0-20日龄，C组腹泻频率和死亡率均高于A 组、B组，差异极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05);B组和A 组也是差异极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)。在21-35日龄时,B组腹泻频率和死亡率均低于A组与C组，差异显著(P<0.05);C组与A组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明：从哺乳仔猪初生开始到仔猪20日龄时，在一定温度范围内，温度越高，仔猪生长越快，增重越快。适宜的温度范围还可以降低仔猪腹泻率和死亡率。在哺乳仔猪0-20日龄时，仔猪生长最适宜温度为30-33℃；20-35日龄时生长适宜温度会有所下降，在25-28℃。

Effect of temperature on the growth performance and health

of suckling piglets

Abstract

The same delivery 12 litters of 148 suckling piglets which the weight was about 1.20kg,were randomly divided into three groups of high temperature group A (30-33℃), normal B (25-28℃) and hypothermia temperature C (17-20 ℃), each group had 4 litters of suckling Piglets. Test period 35 days to study the different temperature on growth and health of Piglets. The results showed that: in the 0-20 days of age, group A of average daily gain and the average litter weight had significant difference (P<0.05) or extremely significant difference (P<0.01),compared to group B and group C; Group B and group C had significant difference (P<0.05) in 0-7 day age , no significant difference at 8-20 days of age (P>0.05). In 21-35 days of age, group B of average daily gain and the average weight of litter were higher than group A and group C, significant difference (P<0.05);Group A and group C were significantly different (P<0.05). In 0-20 day age, frequency of diarrhea and mortality in group C were higher than those of group A and group B, with significant difference (P<0.01) or significantly (P<0.05);Group B and group A was significant difference (P<0.01) or marked (P<0.05). In 21-35 days of age, frequency of diarrhea and mortality in group B were lower than that in group A and group C, significant difference (P<0.05); Group C and group A, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The test showed that: from birth to suckling Piglets at 20 days of age, in a certain temperature range, the higher the temperature, the faster the growth and the faster weight gain of piglets .Proper temperature can also reduce the diarrhea rate and mortality of Piglets. In Piglets 0-20 days of age, growth of the most suitable temperature for 30-33 ℃; 20-35 days of age suitable growth temperature will decline, at the temperature of 25-28 ℃.
