Traditional low tea
传统的晚餐前的茶点 British is a black tea（红茶） country. The Britishmen have 300 years’ history of drinking black tea. Sugar、milk often become necessary drinks. So the most measure of consumption （消费量） country in the world is British. It also can say the Englishmen’s taste level of black tea is most professional（专业 的）.

Aristocratic low tea(贵族式下午茶)
下午茶环境（environment）
In the vitoria times, the male guests must wear tailcoat（燕尾服）.And,the female guests should dress in a robe（礼服）.

Teapot , teaspoon , teacup Fork , dessert plate ,and so on.
随着时代的进步及茶类的种类繁多，不但下午茶的 花样多，选择也多，如果利用一个午后，和亲密的 朋友来段午后之约，何尝不是件赏心悦目的事。

Vitoria times 1840(维多利亚时代), British Bei Dove Duchess Anna（英国公爵夫贝德芙人安娜）, every arrive afternoon moment felt bored, thought this distance complicated dinner still has a period of time, also feel a bit peckish(饿), will ask the maid to prepare a few slices of toast, butter and tea to eat. 1.Traditional time—4:00pm 2.Usually the hostess service for the gust（女主人 招待客人) . 3.Traditional low tea of a selection of dainty（精致的） sandwiches ,scones ,served with clotted cream.
