过敏经历的英文(急性荨麻疹)

说起过敏症，我有太多想说的。就在一年前，我患上了急性荨麻疹。急性荨麻疹又称风疹块，是常见的过敏性皮肤病。它的典型症状是小风团遍布全身，皮肤瘙痒、泛着红晕，还伴随着高烧现象。这就导致我晚上没有好的睡眠质量，白天乏力，没有精神，严重影响了我的学习和生活。毫无疑问，我赶紧到大医院进行治疗。经过十天的打点滴，病情有所减轻。不幸的是，这种病的主要特点就是反反复复，不能好利索。大约花了一个多月的时间，才恢复彻底。到目前为止，这是我得的最头疼的一种疾病，因为它让你坐立不安，全身痒痒。最严重的时候，我满脸肿胀，看着镜子里的自己，我很无语，因为简直就完全换了一个人似的。尽管天气很热，我每天都戴着一顶帽子，因为害怕吓着别人。这场疾病让我明白了很多道理。原来，生病的时候是最脆弱的时候，它需要别人的关心和理解。父母亲才是世界上最疼你的人。身体才是革命的本钱，没有健康，什么都是没有意义的。在年轻的时候要珍惜时间，充实自己的生活。从那以后，我的座右铭就成了：为了过上好生活，我们的内心必须强大。

Speaking of allergies, I want to say too much. Just a year ago, I was suffering from acute urticaria. Acute urticaria, also known as hives, is a common allergic skin disease. Its typical symptoms are small wheal throughout the body, itchy skin, glowing blush and a high fever phenomenon. This led to a serious impact on my life and study. I didn’t have a good sleep at night.In addition to this ,I felt fatigue in the day .There was no doubt that I went to the hospital for treatment.

After 10 days of an intravenous drip, the pain eased. Unfortunately, the main characteristics of this disease is repeated. It took about a month of time to recover thoroughly. This is the most troublesome disease I have , because it made me restless and itchy. the most serious was Swelling of the face .when I looked at myself in the mirror, I was speechless,even I couldn’t recognize myself .Although the weather was very hot, I had been wearing a hat every day, for fear of scaring people. This disease made me understand a lot of sense. It turned out that the sick are the most vulnerable, who need care and understanding of other’s. Parents are the Ones who love you.The body is the capital of revolution.If there were no health, everything would be meaningless. We should cherish the time when we are young to enrich our spiritual life.Since then, my motto is that in order to live a happy life, our inner must be strong.
