Abstract
The traditional society, relative steady career development, personal development, too.Consequently, one's life, career basic linear regularity.In today's society changes, however, to make people have to face such challenge: any kind of professional of steady state is actually relatively;And from an unstable state into another state of continued instability, it is absolute.However, at present,high schoolstudents' employment and career planning, it seems, are still in a dispensable position, career education has yet to get the real value ofhigh schools and universities.Therefore, this article from the education to cultivatehigh schoolstudents' career as the breakthrough point, through theoretical analysis and field investigation, analysis of the factors that affecthigh schoolstudents' employment and career planning include: students, parents, attention degree is not enough, the government's lack of support and school values and enthusiasm is not high three aspects, based on this, advances (1) with vocational education as the yuan, to further strengthen graduates typical model propaganda;(2) with career planning, comprehensive strengthening guidance from the teachers, curriculum and so on;(3) organizational culture as the yard, and strive to improve the students' professional identity and resilience;(4) for parent-school communication media, care of students employment after social belonging four Suggestions, hoping to help improvehigh schoolstudents' employment and career planning of the actual effect and influence.

高中职业生规划指导现状及需求的调查研究
——以云南为例
摘要:传统社会里,职业相对稳定地发展,人生发展也是如此。因而人的一生,职业生涯基本呈现线性的规律性。然而,当今社会变动使人们不得不面对这样的挑战:任何一种职业的稳定状态实际上是相对的;而从一种不稳定状态进入另一种继续不稳定状态,这才是绝对的。然而现阶段,高中生职业生涯规划似乎还处于一种可有可无的位置上,职业生涯教育也尚未得到高中的真正重视。因此,本文从高中生的职业生涯教育培养为切入点,通过理论分析和实地调研,分析出影响高中生职业生涯规划的因素包括:学生、家长重视程度不够,政府的支持力度不足和学校的重视度和积极性不高三方面,在此基础上提出(1)以职业教育为元,进一步加强毕业生典型的模范宣传;(2)以生涯规划为纲,从师资、课程等方面全面强化辅导;(3)以组织文化为目,着力提高学生的职业认同和适应力;(4)以家校沟通为媒,细心维护学生就业后的社会归属感四大建议,希望能有助于提高高中生职业生涯规划的实际作用和影响力。

引言
高中生职业生涯规划是激发高中生活力和提高其发展动力的重要途径。最为通俗的理解即为高中生根据其自身专业、兴趣、特长和已有条件进行的较长期性的职业规划,其中包括了职业方向、就业地点、薪酬期望、人际关系期望、发展规划等元素。换句话讲,职业生涯规划就是通过高中生的自我认识来进行的符合自我条件的未来计划,使其在工作中充分发挥主观能动作用,更好的实现自我价值的人生纲领(李燚,2014)。
