摘要

本文的课题是百叶窗类零件的工艺分析和模具设计,对此进行一套冷冲压模模的设计。经过查阅资料,首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,采用冲裁成形复合模。文中首先简要叙述了选题的目的、意义、冲压件国内外现状和模具市场发展状况,接着是对冲压件的工艺分析,完成了工艺方案的确定。再进行冲裁工艺力的计算和冲裁模工作部分的设计计算,对选择冲压设备提供依据。最后是对主要零部件的设计和标准件的选择,为本次设计模具装配图的绘制和模具的成形提供依据。并为主关件设计夹具和分析上模板的数控加工工艺。在CAXA中其轮廓平面图,对加工参数进行适当设置后生成加工轨迹,生成数控加工程序,人工修改后合成数控机床的可执行程序。

Abstract

This issue is the process of adjusting pads and stamping die design, conduct a set of blanking - punch compound die. Through access to information, first on the parts to process analysis, through process analysis and comparison, use of composite blanking punching die. The paper first describes the topics for the purpose, meaning, stamping parts and mold domestic and foreign market development situation, and then stamping process is analyzed to determine the completion of the process plan. Further blanking force calculation and Die Design and calculation of working part, provide the basis for the selection of stamping equipment. Finally, the design of major components and standard parts selection, design of mold sub-assembly based mapping and provide the basis for forming the mold. Analysis of NC machining process template, in CAXA in its outline plan, appropriate set of processing parameters generated after the processing path, generate NC programs, artificial synthesis of the modified executable program CNC machine tools.
