身体定位记忆法
顾名思义，身体定位就是在我们的身体上按顺序选一些部位，我们称为记忆的桩子，然后把将要记忆的信息与我们身体的部位(桩子)分别进行连接，这样不仅可以帮助我们非常快的记住我们想要背的东西。

如何运用选定位点
1(首先按顺序在自己身上寻找并记牢每一桩子，如脚指、小腿、膝盖等;
2(把要记的事物和桩子挂钩起来。

脑海里要看到桩子和事物的图象; 4(在一个桩子上可以记忆几样事物。

注:在初步练习时，最好一个地点记忆一件事物;
5(牢记桩子，以方便日常运用;
举例:以下是一个人，你也可以选择自己身上的桩子。

注意所选桩子的顺序。

3、皮带 8、鼻子
4、左手 9、眼睛
5、胸口 10、头顶
