Climbing beyond your fears

Imagine staring up and seeing a high wall of rock going hundreds of meters into the air.

You take a deep breath and start climbing. You put your hands, feet and knees (膝盖) in small holes and cracks(裂缝) in the rock and slowly climb to the top. As you go higher your body gets tired, but you keep climbing up. You try to forget about the pain and the fear until you reach the top.
