铺地材料燃烧试验装置
使用说明书

FRF-1铺地材料燃烧试验装置主要技术参数:
1、辐射板实验箱侧面、端面和顶面为不锈钢板制作,内部衬有绝热材料。
前面装有密
封的耐火玻璃,以便进行观测。
观察窗下方装有一可紧闭的门,由此可移入或移出试样平台。
2、箱体顶部设有排气管,在温度为0℃、压力为105Pa时,排气量为30-85m3/min;。
3、计算机操作程序设有计时装置,测量预热、点火和燃烧的时间。
4、辐射热源为多孔耐火材料板,表面尺寸为(300±10)mm×(450±10)mm,能
耐约900℃高温,有仪表系统和流量计监控燃气和空气的流量,以保证操作的一致性和重现性。
5、装配有观察间距约1.37M,直径为250㎜圆面积的辐射热源的标准辐射高温计,用
以校正辐射板的热源输出。
6、设有喷嘴轴向对称的点火源。
点火源火焰蓝色内锥长度为13±2㎜,并可调节;点
火源可使用丙烷或丁烷作为燃料。
7、在辐射板实验箱内及烟道中央设有热电偶。
热电偶应便于清洁,以保证读数精确。
8、应有量程为0-15KW/m2的水冷式热流计,精度±3%,用于测定模拟式样的热通量
分布。
9、采用计算机综合测试控制系统,对系统进行控制并记录实验的相关参数。
10显示器同时显示顶板温度,烟道温度和黑体温度以及标准辐射热通量分布图,非常直观,试验结果可打印测试报告。
10、箱体烟道气体流量为(2.5±0.2)m/s,。
11、热通量分布要求共9个点,其中:
在210mm处:(9.2±0.4)KW/m2
在410mm处:(5.1±0.2)KW/m2
在610mm处:(2.5±0.2)KW/m2其余六点略。
12、配备烟气测量装置,5块标准中性滤光片校准
13、加装燃气和空气管道阻火器,防止可燃混合气体爆炸,确保试验人员安全。
14、电源和功率:三相380V±10%V、50HZ、功率7KW

Main technical parameters of FRF-1floor material combustion test device: 1.The side,end and top surfaces of the radiation plate test box are made of stainless steel plates,and the interior is lined with insulation materials. Sealed refractory glass is installed in front for observation.There is a closed door under the observation window,which can be moved into or out of the sample platform.
2.There is an exhaust pipe on the top of the box.When the temperature is0
C and the pressure is105Pa,the exhaust volume is30-85m3/min.
3.The computer operation program is equipped with a timing device to measure the time of preheating,ignition and combustion.
4.The radiation heat source is porous refractory board with a surface size of(300+10)mm((450+10)mm)and can withstand high temperature of about900C.The flow rate of gas and air is monitored by instrument system and flowmeter to ensure the consistency and repeatability of operation.
5.A standard radiation pyrometer with observation spacing of1.37M and diameter of250_circle area is assembled to correct the heat source output of the radiation plate.
6.An ignition source with axially symmetrical nozzle is provided.The length of the blue cone of the ignition source flame is132,and it can be adjusted. The ignition source can use propane or butane as fuel.
7.Thermocouples are installed in the radiation plate test box and in the center of the flue.Thermocouples should be easy to clean to ensure accurate readings.
8.A water-cooled heat flow meter with a measurement range of0-15 KW/m2with an accuracy of(+3%)is used to measure the heat flux distribution of the simulated pattern.
9.The computer integrated test and control system is used to control the system and record the relevant parameters of the experiment.
10Display also shows the top temperature,flue temperature and blackbody temperature,as well as the standard radiation heat flux
distribution map,which is very intuitive.The test results can be printed test reports.
10.The gas flow rate of the flue gas in the box is(2.5+0.2)m/s.
11.Heat flux distribution requires9points,of which:
At210mm:(9.2+0.4)KW/m2
At410mm:(5.1+0.2)KW/m2
At610mm,(2.5+0.2)KW/m2and the other six points are slight.
12.Equipped with flue gas measuring device,calibration of5standard neutral filters
13.Install flame retardants in gas and air pipelines to prevent the explosion of combustible mixed gases and ensure the safety of test personnel.
14.Power supply and power:380V+10%V,50HZ,7KW
