Employment and Female Equality
I was profoundly shocked by what I have seen in this picture. As is shown in the picture, employers are particular about the female applicants for vacancies. They have extra requirements that women job seekers should be young and beautiful, but ironical ly, they only offer the low-paying positions without retirement pension, welfares, and weekends. What is revealed in this picture is a prevalent phenomenon in contemporary society. Some employers set very high standards for their female employees who must be not only qualified in education, but also outstanding in personal appearance. Therefore, it is not strange to hear reports about female graduates from famous universities failing to find a job because of the prejudices and the high standard held by the employers. Then what can we do to tackle this problem? One of the solutions, in my opinion, is that a positive attitude should be created in society towards female applicants. Women can over perform men in many aspects such as carefulness, patience, delicacy. On the other hand, female employers also should have confidence and the firm belief that if they are really, they can surely find a satisfactory job despite all the prejudices.

Innovation
With the economic globalization becoming increasingly intensive， invention or innovation has become one of central topic around the world. Many countries see it as the key to develop their economy. Our government, with no exception, regard it as “ the soul of our nation.” What， however， can we benefit from it？ First of all， invention or innovation can enhance overall national economy， which is important to heighten our nation status in the world. Additionally， if factories have the abilities in invention， the factories will be booming. As a result， they can provide our people with more jobs and it will make our nation more stable. What is more， a majority of new products may be viable through invention. Therefore，it is also significant factor for improving our living standards. Owing to such benefits，no wonder more and more countries focus on invention today. Recognizing its importance is only the fist step to advocate invention or innovation，and some effective measures should be taken for it. For one thing，our authority should continue to enlarge the recruit of graduate. For another, the conditions of scientists and skilled workers should be further improved. Only in this way，can “the soul of our nation” be fully embodied and our nation have a brighter future.
Young Adults Self-supporting
The picture shows that an adult hand holding a gold coin between his thumb and index finger is going to drop it into a piggy bank, which is usually used by children for saving coin money. On the piggy bank two academic caps are represented. The picture is simple and its meaning is clear: young adults should manage to finance themselves for their higher education rather than rely on their families for support whether they can afford or not. The market economy and competitive society prompt most young people to drive themselves vigorously studying for higher academic degrees, and some of them are seeking opportunities to study abroad. However, great expense hampers their desire for higher studies. In overcoming the financial obstacle, self-reliance is most advisable while dependence on parents or relatives is shameful. As an adult student, I am planning to pursue graduate studies by study strategy. My arrangement consists of two steps: First, I shall go through my first two year courses by both winning scholarships with excellent academic achievements and taking part-time jobs, such as campus work, teaching assistant, private teacher, etc. Then, I’ll interrupt my regular course to work for a certain organization or company for one or two years. This I shall do for the double purpose of saving enough money for further education and getting some knowledge of social conditions, which may help to turn my book learning into something practical. When I resume my graduate studies a year or two later, I shall finish my program with a both creative and practical thesis. Furthermore, I intend to study for a Doctor’s degree in the same way.
The Development of Internet
Internet is becoming more and more popular in the world. As is shown in the pictures， two persons are sitting in front of their own computer in different places. They seem to be very happy owing to the accession to Internet. We can see clearly that the left fellow types a message and sends it to the right one， the message says：“David， would you have a coffee tonight？”the right one receives it and quickly replies：“sure，where？”What a convenient tool of Internet is！ With the rapid development of high technologies and economy， people will get more and more benefits from the use of internet. There is no denying that computer network is an indication of social civilization and progress. internet is an information pool ， people can search anything they want by typing the key words. For example， someone wants to know the Great Wall of China， what he/she need to do is only to open an internet explorer and type the words：“the Great Wall” and search it， then he/she can get so many relevant links. What‘s more， people can purchase their favorite goods through the Internet instead of going shopping in chaotic streets. Last but not least， people also can make full use of Internet to study online. From the analysis made above， we can come to a conclusion that we should make the best use of Internet， which can brings us a great deal of benefits. as a citizen of China we should study hard. Only in this way Can we have a brighter future and make our country flourishing。
