Before Improvement: 改进前： The recess and the label were both rectangular. The label could be glued in upside-down. 凹槽和标签都是长方形。标签可能会贴反。

Before Improvement: 改进前： The socket extension required to reach the bolts caused nicks and scratches in the painted surfaces that it contacted during assembly. 在操作的过程中，用来拧螺栓的拧杆 柄会对油漆表面造成刮伤。 After Improvement: 改进后： A rubber hose was installed over the socket extension and was specified on the work instructions.

过程描述：螺栓通过贯穿工厂的压力气管以特定的扭矩装紧。
改进前： 如工具在装配过程中气压下降，操作工根本 无法察觉，操作继续进行，从而导致扭矩不 足的不合格产品出厂。 改进后： 在气管上装一个气压表，当气压降到一定程度 时，灯亮，铃响，传输线自动停止作业。
