浅谈幼儿教师的职业责任感
摘要
随着社会和经济的快速发展,人们的思想也在不断的改变,同时受到的压力也越来越大。生存的压力让人们都更关注个人的情况,只想着怎样过的好,却忽略了对社会、工作、家庭的责任。幼儿是祖国未来的希望,幼儿的教育至关重要,而幼儿教师则是更特殊的职业,幼儿教师职业责任感的强弱直接影响幼儿的健康成长和教育的稳定发展,因此,我认识到了幼儿教师职业责任感的重要性。目前幼儿教师职业责任存在的主要问题是职业认知水平和和职业行为呈现低水平化;幼儿教师个人情感强烈,一部分幼儿教师没有经过专业的教育和培训;职业价值呈现两极化趋向。本文从幼儿教师、社会以及幼儿园的角度全面分析幼儿教师的职业责任感的重要性,对幼儿教师职业责任感的本质、表现形式、以及与幼儿、家长、社会之间的关系进行阐述。从幼儿教师、社会和幼儿园的角度,加强幼儿教师的职业责任感,从而使广大幼儿能健康快乐的成长。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society and economy, people's thoughts are constantly changing, at the same time, the pressure is also growing. The pressure of survival, people are paying more and more attention to individual circumstances, only thinking about how to have good, but neglect to society, work, family responsibility. Children are the future hope of the motherland, is the education of young children, kindergarten teacher is a special occupation,stable development,kindergarten teachers' occupation responsibility directly affect the healthy growth of children and education. Therefore, I realized the importance of infant teacher occupation responsibility. At present the main problems of preschool teacher occupation, there is the occupation cognition level and occupation behavior showed a low level of kindergarten teachers' personal emotion; strong, some teachers do not have professional education and training; occupation value present polarization trend. In this paper, society and kindergarten preschool teachers from the perspective of a comprehensive analysis of the related factors the importance of infant teacher occupation responsibility.carries on the elaboration to the essence, kindergarten teachers' occupation responsibility form, as well as the relationship between children, and parents, society. This paper mainly from the teachers, society and kindergarten perspective, strengthen the occupation, teachers, so that the children can grow up healthy and happy.
