Yesterday I have received your letter for me to be a keynote speaker at the 10th international New Energy Automobile Forum to be held, January 5 – 8, 2016, at your university. I am very honoured and appreciate for your kind invitation, but much to my regret i can’t attend the forum.Because I will be at another international conference held in New York from January 3 – 10. I feel so sorry that the two meeting time are conflicted and I would not make both. Please accept my apologies.

Besides Iam very interested in the lasted development in new energy automobile, I hope you could kindly send me some forum materials after the meeting. If there is other conference relating to the field held by your institute in the future, please inform me in advance. I would make best balance to make the schedule.
