2018年面试备考之结构化面试概述

所谓结构化面试，也叫标准化面试，它是根据所制定的评价指标，运用特定的问题、评价方法和评价标准，严格遵循特定程序，通过测评人员与应聘者进行语言交流，对应聘者进行评价的标准化过程。相对于传统的经验化面试，它具有着面试试题标准化、考情考务标准化、评分要素标准化等特点。

本文将带考生一起来了解结构化面试的流程、考察能力要素、常见题型。

考生被确认为面试对象后，经过一段时间的学习，在指定时间进入指定的考场。先是要审核资料，然后进行抽签决定顺序以及侯考，轮到自己的时候进入面试考场。面试考场一般有7~9个考官、记分员、计时员，面试时间20分钟4道题，答题完毕以后考生离开考场，等候分数。具体的面试流程如下：

2018年国家公务员结构化面试主要考查的能力要素有：综合分析能力、计划组织协调能力、应急应变能力、人际交往意识与技巧、求职动机与拟任职位匹配性、口头表达以及举止仪表等。

例1. 现在有的大学生找工作时，存在“骑驴找马”现象，谈谈你怎么看？（综合分析能力）

例2.你刚进入单位，单位要组织一次职工技能比赛，如果你是这次活动的负责人，你会怎样组织这次活动。（计划组织协调能力）

例3.你知道你所报考岗位的具体职责是什么吗？（求职动机与拟任职位匹配性）

2018年国家公务员面试中常见题型主要有以下几种：综合分析类、组织管理类、应急应变类、人际沟通类、自我认知与职位匹配类等。

例1.某地出台相关政策，鼓励和支持高校成立创新创业学院，并建立弹性学制，允许在校学生休学创业，在创业园区创业可以计入学分，有人说这样有创新，有利于解决就业问题，有人说这样不利于大学生学业发展，对此你怎么看？（综合分析类）

例2.县政府针对以上问题，让你筹备一个人社局、教育局、职专联席会议，你觉得重点

需要筹备哪些内容？（组织管理类）

例3.职专培训学校热门班的老师感到压力过大向校方提出抗议甚至罢课，你觉得应该怎么做？（应急应变类）

例4.你和同事小李共同合作一个项目，因为在上次评优的过程中，有谣言说你说他坏话了，导致小李评优失败。这次工作小李不配合你，影响了工作进度，时间临近，工作任务还未完成，领导也对此有意见，你该怎么办？（人际沟通类）

例5. 你觉得自己今天面试的表现怎么样？（自我认知与职位匹配类）
