建筑工程毕业设计摘要

保定市城乡建筑设计院办公楼设计

摘要：本工程是保定市城乡建筑设计院办公楼设计，共4层，第一层层高3.6米、其余层层高3.3米，总高15.00米，为钢筋混凝土框架结构。本框架抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为7度。本说明书包括如下部分：

1．工程概况；2。荷载计算；3。框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计；4。屋盖、楼盖设计；5。楼梯设计；6基础设计。

本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计，完成6张建筑施工图和6张结构施工图。结构设计主要对⑦轴横向框架进行了抗震设计：根据结构设计方案，采用底部剪力法求水平地震荷载作用大小，用D值法计算水平荷载作用下框架结构的内力、用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的结构内力，根据内力组合找出最不利内力，对框架梁、柱进行配筋计算并绘图。此外，还进行了结构侧移验算、标准层楼盖及屋盖设计、楼梯设计和基础设计。

Abstract:This project is to design the office building of urban and rural construction and Design Institute in Baoding, four storeys, the highth of the first layers is 3.6 meters, 3.3 meters is the highth of remaining layers, 15.00 meters is the total highth of the frame structure of reinforced concrete. The counter of earthquake is the third grades, seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees. The statement included the following:

1、 project profiles;

2、 load calculation;

3、 Analysis of the frame structure, calculation and design;

4、 roof, floor design;

5、 staircase design;

6、 foundation design.

The design includes architectural and structural design, completed six of construction plans and six of construction drawings. ⑦ structural

1 前言

本工程为保定市城乡建筑设计院办公楼, 建筑地点位于主要街道，南立面临街,占地面积为（76.1x19.8）平方米。按照甲方对建筑物功能方面要求,办公楼共四层，框架结构，设有综合经营计划科、院长办公室、总工办公室、总经济师办公室、总经理办公室、副总经理办公室、设计室、晒图室、图档室、会议室、多功能厅等。为了使建筑更好的达到其功能要求：平面内采用内廊式布置；底层层高为3.6m其他层层高3.3m；一、二层设置办公室，顶层考虑多功能厅；主要房间为设计工作室，采用大房间，内部分割；屋面为不上人屋面。本设计根据要求，要完成办公楼的建筑方案设计、建筑施工图设计、结构施工图设计。通过本设计可以综合利用四年所学知识，掌握建筑设计的步骤，受到工程师的综合训练。

2 毕业设计所做的主要工作

2.1建筑方案设计

建筑设计的目的就是在总体规划的前提下，根据规范和业主的要求，综合考虑周边环境、使用功能、建筑施工等问题, 合理组织布局，尽可能满足业主提出的使用功能要求和建筑内部和外部的美学艺术效果。所以在对建筑方案设计时要对建筑平面、建筑立面和建筑剖面这三个方面进行设计。

2.2建筑施工图设计

在建筑方案设计的基础上(即初步设计)，对建筑施工图进行全面设计，选定各部分的工

程做法、门窗类别、细部尺寸等并不断完善建筑方案图，使其达到建筑设计工作图程度。2.2.1建筑平面设计：主要解决建筑平面形状、功能分区、主次入口的安排、房间的进深和开间尺寸控制、走廊宽度、柱网布置、楼梯见平面位置及数量、卫生间的设置、内外墙的厚度、门窗洞口尺寸等，并完成建筑平面施工图，要求达到建筑设计施工图深度。
