1.Design of washing procedure
冲洗程序的设计
The objective of RPT’s washing schedule is to maintain a clean and open mist eliminator and to assure low pressure drop as well as undisturbed operation of the FGD and the power plant.
RPT公司的冲洗程序是为了保证除雾器清洁可靠从而确保较低的压降,保证脱硫系统和电厂的运行正常。
The experience shows that a frequent washing of the mist eliminator with a high quantity of wash water– in particular of the coarse mist eliminator – protects the mist eliminator from clogging and avoids high pressure drop and long operation cycles.
根据经验显示频繁地冲洗除雾器需要大量的冲洗水,特别是第一级除雾器,防止除雾器堵塞避免产生高压降和长时间运行循环。
Accordingly, the design proposal for the washing schedule is directed at using a high quantity of wash water for this reason. Smaller wash water quantities are possible – if needed this should be discussed in detail.
因此冲洗程序的设计直接就是采用大量的冲洗水就是这个原因,少量的冲洗水是有可能的,如果需要可以再详细讨论。
2.Dimensioning of pump and system
泵和系统的尺寸
In its quotation RPT provides the key parameters for the dimensioning of the washing system which consists of pump dimensioning, number of valves per level and wash water quantity (table 1 – an example). Additional detail is provided in the technical data sheets.

The dimensioning of the pump considers the maximum instantaneous flow. This is the flow which is generated by washing the section with the largest surface. This is usually the middle row of mist eliminator modules.
泵的尺寸考虑的是最大的瞬时流量,这是冲洗最大面积产生的流量,一般都是除雾器中间的组件。
The design rule is that the surface should be washed with about 60 l/m²min. In case of the roof design it must be considered that the mist eliminator is tilted with 35°. The effective surface at 35° is about 120% of the surface in the horizontal plane. Accordingly the design quantity is 73 l/m²min for the surface in the horizontal plane.
设计的原则是表面要用流速60 l/m²min的水冲洗,因为屋顶式除雾器的设计必须保证除雾器有35°的倾斜,而35°的倾斜的有效面积相当于120%的水平面积,因此实际的水平表面流速是73 l/m²min。
3.Washing schedule

In the quotation RPT provides the proposed schedule for the 100% load of the power plant (table 2 – an example).

The meaning of 60s/40 minutes is that each valve in this washing level should be opened for 60 seconds every 40 minutes.
60s/40 minutes的意思是每一层冲洗系统的每一个阀门需要间隔40分钟开启60秒。
